- CMOs are looking for more accountability as well as for help in locking budgets, increasing profits and reducing costs.
- WPP is trying to bring creativity and technology together.
- 13% of all ad spent is now on the Web (UK: 27 %).
- Mobile is going to become the natural device for accessing the Web.
- Predictions: when we come back out of recession, the current trends will have accelerated and all things will be a step further. There will be a massive shift online. Big growth in social media. Optimistic with MySpace and Facebook usage and ad opportunities.
